Comparative and Superlative Degree in Korean. Conjunction ‘and’ (1)
27. Sentences like ‘I am taller than Minsu.’ 저는 민수보다 키가 더 큽니다. /t͡ɕʌ̹nɯn Minsʰu poda khiga tʌ̹ khɯmnida/
The comparison is formed with two particles: 보다 /poda/ ‘compared to someone (than)’ and 더 /tʌ̹/ ‘more, -er’.

29. Phrases like ‘Me and my friend.’ 저와 제 친구. /t͡ɕʌ̹wa t͡ɕe t͡ɕʰingu/
The particle 와/과 (wa/kwa) plays the role of a conjunction ‘and’ between nouns. The particle -와 /wa/ is placed after a vowel, -과 /kwa/ after a consonant. Note that this particle can only connect nouns, not verbs.
